Social Media Management in Dubai
Santa Media runs always-on social media for brands across the UAE, KSA and the GCC — Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat and X. We treat social as distribution, not decoration: every post is built against a content pillar, every pillar maps to a business goal, and every month we tell you which formats earned attention and which to retire. The team is bilingual by default, with Arabic copy written natively and content planned around regional moments — Ramadan, Eid, Saudi National Day, UAE National Day, GITEX, Riyadh Season — not just the global content calendar.

Who this is for
Consumer brands that need a steady drip of high-quality content without staffing an in-house creative team, F&B groups managing multiple outlet handles, real estate developers running off-plan project accounts, B2B founders building executive presence on LinkedIn, and Saudi market entrants needing Snapchat and TikTok strategies that match Riyadh and Jeddah audience behaviour.
Pricing
Single-platform management starts at $1,500/month and includes calendar, copy, basic design and reporting. Multi-platform retainers ($3,000-$8,000/month) cover Instagram + TikTok + LinkedIn with full creative production. Premium retainers ($8,000-$15,000/month) add monthly shoots, influencer coordination and paid media boosting. Photography is always quoted as an add-on so you see exactly what you are paying for. See the pricing page for tier-by-tier inclusions.
Frequently asked questions
Do you produce video content in-house?
Yes. We have an in-house video team based in Dubai for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) plus a roster of producers and DPs we bring in for larger campaign shoots. Most retainers include a half-day or full-day shoot per month; bigger productions are quoted separately. We also work with creator content from our GCC creator network when UGC formats outperform polished work.
Which platforms should my brand prioritise?
For most consumer brands in the UAE: Instagram + TikTok, with Snapchat added for KSA-heavy audiences. For B2B: LinkedIn + YouTube, with X for executive thought leadership. For F&B and lifestyle: Instagram + TikTok dominate. We will benchmark your category in the audit phase and recommend two or three platforms to do well, not seven to do badly.
Can you reply to DMs and comments?
Yes — community management is included in most retainers within agreed SLAs (typically 4 working hours during business days). For brands needing 24/7 cover or sensitive customer service responses (regulated industries, hospitality complaints), we add a dedicated community manager and an escalation matrix to your in-house team.
Do you handle paid boosting and ads?
Yes — boosting top-performing organic posts is included in every retainer. Full paid social campaigns (cold prospecting, retargeting, conversion optimisation) sit inside our digital marketing service. The two teams sit together so paid learnings feed organic strategy and vice versa.
Will you guarantee follower growth or engagement rate?
No, and we will not work with anyone who does. Follower count and engagement rate are gameable metrics; the right scorecard depends on the brand stage. We commit to a written KPI scorecard per engagement — typically reach, saves, profile visits, link clicks and downstream conversions — and report against it monthly.
