Frequently asked questions

Is this consulting or execution?

Both, in sequence. The strategy phase is consulting — interviews, research, a written plan. After that we either hand the plan to your in-house team and stay on as advisors, or we execute the brand, site, content and paid media inside a retainer. About 70% of strategy clients continue with execution; the rest take the plan and run it themselves.

How long does a strategy engagement take?

Four to six weeks for a standard 90-day plan covering one market, eight to twelve weeks for a multi-market or multi-product GTM. We do not run six-month strategy projects — they go stale before they ship.

Do you work with seed-stage startups or only established brands?

Both. About a third of strategy clients are funded startups (seed to Series B), the rest are established consumer or B2B brands re-platforming. We do require enough product clarity and budget to actually act on the plan — strategy without an execution budget is theatre.

Can you work with our existing data?

Yes — we will pull whatever you have from GA4, Meta Ads Manager, your CRM and any first-party customer data. Where data is thin (early-stage brands, new market entries) we supplement with category benchmarks, competitor scrapes and bespoke market research.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, mutual NDAs are standard before any commercial information changes hands. We also work under named-deal confidentiality with families and corporates that prefer their work stays unattributed.
