Do I pay you, or do you pay the platforms?

You pay the platforms directly under your own ad account — we never own your Meta Business Manager or Google Ads account. Santa Media charges a separate management fee. This means you keep the ad data, the audiences and the historical learnings if our engagement ever ends. We will document this in writing in the SOW.

What is the minimum ad budget that makes sense?

For Meta and Google in the UAE, we typically advise a minimum of $3,000/month in media spend for a single-channel test, $8,000+ if you are running both. Below that, the algorithm doesn't get enough conversion signal and the management fee starts looking disproportionate. We will say so in the audit if your budget needs to scale before agency work makes sense.

Can you handle SEO in Arabic?

Yes — Arabic SEO is a separate workstream led by Arabic-native strategists.
