Frequently asked questions
Do you supply talent and creators?
Yes. We work with a roster of vetted GCC creators — Emirati, Saudi, Khaleeji and expat — across lifestyle, beauty, F&B, finance and fitness verticals. Talent fees are quoted separately so you see exactly what is going to whom; we do not mark up creator rates.
Can you shoot in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We produce regularly in Riyadh and Jeddah and hold the relevant filming permissions through local production partners. KSA shoots require a longer pre-production window (typically four weeks) for permit clearance, which we factor into the schedule from day one.
Do you write Arabic and English copy?
Both, by separate writers. We do not translate — Arabic copy is written natively by Khaleeji writers who understand the difference between MSA, Gulf colloquial and the brand-safe register most clients want. English copy is written by senior copywriters with GCC market context.
How quickly can you turn a campaign around?
Templated content packs (3-6 assets) ship in 5-7 business days. A standard one-day shoot with edits is 2-3 weeks end-to-end. Major launches with talent, multiple locations and motion graphics usually run 6-8 weeks. We will be honest about timelines in the brief stage.
Who owns the final assets?
You do — full transferable rights on photography, video, copy and motion graphics produced by Santa Media, captured in writing in the SOW. Talent and music licensing are flagged separately because rights vary; we always disclose territory and duration up front.
